It is our belief that Successful integration of SSI’s solutions is underpinned by successful scoping, planning, execution and completion of projects to meet our customers’ requirements, quality objectives and performance goals.
SSI’s project management methodology exists to plan and deliver success; we are not aligned to any commercial methodology or framework to the exclusion of others and our project management philosophy is to adapt to the clients’ requirements and apply current best practice.
We have solid experience with the PMBOK framework from PMI and PRINCE2 from the OGC as two of the leading and most widely recognised project management frameworks.
But projects don’t exist in a vacuum – they are commissioned to deliver change aligned with a company’s strategy.
SSI understands that projects must deliver benefit, whether they form part of a program of work or are standalone endeavours. A component of SSI project management is alignment with the customers IT governance framework and compliance with its policies and procedures.
